Kick-off the weekend a full day early as West Girard Avenue invites in the crowds for an evening of $1, $3 and $5 food and shopping deals at a number of local businesses — restaurants, record stores, cafes, bottle shops, nail salons and more.

Dine, drink and shop on the cheap as Brewerytown plays hosts to Dollar Days on the Avenue this Thursday, March 20.

Enjoy $1, $3 and $5 items from a score of participating businesses from 26th street to 31st street on West Girard Avenue.
Participating businesses include RyBrew, a sandwich and salad spot with more than 150 bottled beers, Shifty’s Taco, Lemon Tree Jamaican Restaurant, Rita’s Water Ice, Brewerytown Bikes, High Point Cafe, Luxxe Nail Spa and much more.

The discount-centric get-together is slated to run from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Plus, it’s the first day of spring, what better way to celebrate the beginning of warmer weather and longer days than with an evening jaunt?
Looking to save a few bucks? You’re in luck.
