The end of Summer does not mean the end of fun!  Get ready ... September brings you a slew of special events all throughout the month.  Toward the end of the month, more than 100 Center City restaurants offer up deals on prix-fixe feasts for the neighborhood’s hugely popular Restaurant Week. Make your reservations!September also marks the start of Oktoberfest season in Philadelphia, which means German beer, oompah music and plenty of authentic fare at neighborhood festivals in Fishtown, along South Street and elsewhere. 

Also this month? Major concerts, countryside festivals, arts festivals, fascinating exhibitions and more.
